A Fun Contest!!!!

My cute friend Marci is having a contest on her "Mady Sunshine" Blog. She is giving away the cutest fall pillow that she made. Marci is an amazing stitcher. I don't know if that is a word, but she is AWESOME!!! So go to her blog and tell her I sent you over there and maybe you will win this cute pillow. I have to say I hope I win too, because I would love to have something that Marci made, especially a fall item. Because Fall is my FAVORITE time of year!!!!

School Has Started - Junior High here come Zach Attack

Zachs first day of 7th Grade was Friday. I cant believe that this day has finally come. I have been dreading this day all year. But he is excited. He was up and going before Jason and I were up. This year he will ride the bus. I dont know if that scares me more then him being at the Jr. High.

Summer Has Ended

I know, I know I have not posted for over a month. July and August have gotten away. So I thought I would just give a quick review of what we have been doing.

Had family Lagoon Day. Zach took a friend this year and we did not see him most of the day. It is sad when they grow up, but he had a blast hangin out with his friend Ben and his older cousins.

Two Backpacking Trips
Zach and Jason ventured out with the scouts a couple of times on backpacking trips up in the Uintas. They had TONS of fun. Even thought Zach did not want to go the second trip, he was glad that he went.

Pioneer Activity.
The ward had a GREAT Pioneer activity where we all made dutch oven dishes. I made Red Potatoes with seasoning on them. They were Yummy!!!

Young Womens
Yes, I am back in Young Womens. I have been called to be the Personal Progress Coordinator. The ward has not had one for a couple of years, but the President (Debi Lee) thought it was important that there was one. So I was called. The girls are AMAZING!! Alot of them have been working very hard and are almost done.
