FINALLY!!!

We have great news to share!!!!!
Jason parents put in their mission papers a couple of weeks ago
and this last Wednesday
they finally received their call .

Dublin Ireland Mission.

They will enter the MTC on June 9th. For those of you who know Don,
Ireland is where he served when he was a young missionary.
As a family we are so excited and now that they will be blessed
while they are serving the people of Ireland.

Can You Idenfity These People?

This last week, the Young Men/Young Women had an activity with the Bishopric/Clerks at the mall. It was called, "Where's Waldo". Each member of the Bishopric has to dress in a disguise. They sat out around the mall then the youth were in groups and had to find each person. For those of you that are in our ward can see that it was a little hard to find everyone. I think Sister Stoner, I mean Bishop Stoner looks great. But really they all do.

Jason Tolman, Bret Hess, Scott Echols, Mike Clark and Bishop Stoner.

Here is what Jason dressed up like. When he was sitting in the mall he had is sunglasses and his helmet on. Some of the youth said it was really hard to figure out if it was really him.

Our Little Bowser

I just had to share this picture of Bowser.

One Sunday morning after Jason left for meetings, I put Bowser up on the bed with me. He knows when Jason is gone he can get away with this. Of course it was a cold morning and I had my electric blanket on. When I got up to get ready for church, I but the quilt over him. Usually he does not like to have his face covered up. During Sunday School I came home because I was not feeling well and Bowser was STILL under the quilt. Usually when we leave the house he will get down and sleep on the couch. But I guess he was very comfortable and did not want to move. After I got home I uncovered his face and asked if he wanted to go out side. He just looked up at me like I was crazy and closed his eyes and went back to sleep. I think he stayed there for a couple of more hours. What a live Bowser has.

Vent Cleaning.

February 28, 2008

Today we had our vents in our home cleaned. I don't think it has ever been done. Jason came home early from work. I told him he had to take pics so I could scrapbook the event and post it on the blot. As you will soon see you can tell that we had lot of kids living in this house before we got here.

This was some of the JUNK that came up from our returns. You can see wood in there. I am sure that is from when the house was first built.
This is the cool brush that "Absorb Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning" uses to clean the vents. It has this cool brush that spins and a vacuum like attached to it.

This is some of the surprises that were found in the vent. Finger excluded. We also had sandwich bag, to bad there was no money in them. We are glad that we had this done. After it was over the house smelled great.

Happy Birthday Leah Denter

February 29, 2008

One of Zach great friends, Leah Denter had a birthday on the 28th. We had bought play tickets to James and the Giant Peach at BYU. We got an extra ticket so Zach could invite a friend. He decided to invite Leah since it was her birthday and she LOVES to go to plays. Leah has always been a great friend to Zach and we are glad to have her as our neighbor.

The play was at the HFAC at BYU. Before the play we went for Hamburgers at the Creamery on 9th . Leah said is was one of the best hamburgers she had.
This play was kind of unique. It was put on by a group that signs and speaks the parts. It was really neat to watch.
